[Alt.Kilt] New Kid's Kilts A lot of my clients and friends have complained about the lack of good urban kilts for kids. So I have made a few specialties in the past (the infamous monster truck kilt for a friend's three year old which is on my website) but have decided to carry these as a standard from now on. Here are some photos of the ones I made for my boys (ages 8 and 6). Okay, what's up with the spiders? It's not just happening to me, apparently! Let me give you a bit of background information here. I purchased my house probably two years ago and have only seen spiders maybe ONCE before this incident, right after we moved in. There was a large spider in the sink. I think I threw it outside. Haven't seen one since then. My friend, Rina, is Pagan. One night she was reading my Tarot cards, and directly thereafter we tried to get communication going with the spirit realm (it was a full moon). This was last month, I think. Anyway, we got up and went into my dining area, and there in the middle of the floor was a huge spider. I was freaking out because I HATE bugs and went to go step on it. She said, "NO!" Then she picked up the spider (bare hands! *shudder*) and threw it outside. She told me that spiders are a sign of good luck and that we should never kill them. We went back inside...and in EXACTLY the same spot, there was another spider! I started freaking out and was like "WTF!" because, you know, I've been living here for two years and have never seen a spider, let alone two in one night in exactly the same spot. She picked that one up and put it outside, too. A few days later, I saw ANOTHER spider in exactly the same spot. This wasn't next to a wall or anything guys, this is right in the middle of my dining-room. And on a side note, I've been dreaming about bugs and spiders for a month now. This was a curious incident, so I thought I would share it with you all, and maybe get some insight? Also, if anyone knows what the numbers 33 or 333 mean, I would love to know myself...because that set of numbers has been haunting me for almost two years now. my first stays A little daft that I've never posted here before, but of the things I make I'm never entirely sure what to put up. Here goes. For Whitby Goth Festival and Leipzig's Wave Gotik Treffen, I made a bunch of new clothes, inc my first corset / stays. Blue skirt- 50p at a local Cancer Research Shop.
Blue fabric of stays- lucky match from ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) artnouveauho 's fabric collection. Many thanks to herself for help and direction in making the stays.
Flat steel boning in the breast panel and by the eyelets at the back panels (don't have a picture of the back) and spiral steel elsewhere. Much boning.

Spiders???
OMG.. Ok the other night I had a dream about a red spider crawling on me and I flicked him off of me. I woke up and there was no spider. Then Yesterday in the afternoon I was laying on my bed with a grey tank top on watching tv and a black medium size wolf spider lands on my boob and I flick it off of me because I started freakin out and hyperventalating. I changed my shirt, washed my hair and took a loooong 35 minute shower and washed myself 5 times with soap. Im crazy I know but I felt crawy all over if thats a word. And just a minute ago the same spider( becauseI flicked him and didnt kill him yesterday too scared)jumped on my arm and damn it I flicked him again and didnt kill him so he;s around here somewhere again. For some reason its just landing on me and no one else. I dont know why. Its freaking me out big time to where Im cryen of fright and I dont want to talk. I feel the thing when it jumped on me both times and I saw him but when I flick it, its no where to be found or seen and no one else sees it on me before I flick it. Am I crazy???? The last time something happened to me like that was when i was 9 and my great grandma died. I didnt go to her funeral but she appeared to me in my room and woke me up and was flying above my bed talking to me but I couldnt understand her. Then, after 15 minutes or at the time seemed that long she turned into a huge brown wolf spider and I flung my purple silk comforter off my bed and went and woke up my mom in the other room. She came in turned the light on and there was no spider to be found and I never saw it again.
Now, wtf??? Its just landing on me and no one else sees it... Im freaken out here!!!! Help..LOL.. Now, I never found out anything abut spiders because they frighten me ever since that happened when i was 9 and I cant look at a spider without getting all shakey and stuff. Lab tech admits to having sex with corpse Monday, May 12, 2008 A former lab technician admitted Monday that he had sex with a corpse last year at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck. Anthony Merino, 25, said that he was working at the hospital on Oct. 28 and went to the morgue in the basement, where he unzipped a body bag. Authorities said the body bag contained the remains of a 92-year-old woman. “Did there come a time when you took your pants off and sexually penetrated the human body?” defense attorney Savyon Grant asked Merino. “Yes,” Merino said. Merino, who had worked at the hospital for just a few shifts before the incident, convinced a security guard to let him into the morgue, authorities said. When the guard returned a short while later, he caught Merino “having sex” with the body, they said. Merino agreed to receive up to seven years in prison after pleading guilty in Superior Court to a charge of desecrating human remains. The complicated plea agreement, however, gives him the option to seek a sentence of 11½ months in jail, followed by five years probation. Marino is required to submit to psychiatric evaluation, which will include a review of his school records, a forensic analysis of the contents of his laptop and an interview with his fiancée. Depending on the result of the evaluation, he must either undergo mental-health or sex-offender counseling during his probation. He also will be prohibited from working in a morgue, cemetery, funeral home or any other place where there is access to human remains. The plea deal does not require him to register as a sex offender. Merino must also submit to random drug and alcohol testing and random testing of his computer. “The objective of this plea agreement is to protect the public, to conduct a full psychological evaluation of the defendant, and to maximize the conditions, amount and length of supervision of the defendant,” said Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Liliana Silebi. Had Merino been sentenced to a normal prison term, he could be released on parole within a few years and would be subject to much less stringent supervision, she said. “This plea agreement is a way to get more monitoring than is possible in a normal prison sentence,” Silebi said. “He will do jail time under this plea agreement and we will monitor him for five years after that.” Merino, who lived in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan, has been at the Bergen County Jail since his arrest more than six months ago, unable to make his $400,000 bail. Silebi said family members of the deceased woman have agreed to the plea deal. Grant said the plea agreement was fair. “If it is determined that he has psychiatric issues, then he will not rehabilitated in state prison,” she said. Superior Court Judge Harry G. A fun-filled and extremely hot afternoon
Today, Rhias and I went to the roller derby. It was a lot of fun, as well as being extremely hot. You can't see it, but I have another tab open in my browser, and the words on the tab are "symptoms of heat exhaustion". I had the dizziness, but that's about it. So I may not technically have become sick, but I can definitely report that if you take a 95 degree day and then put a thousand people in a metal airplane hangar, it becomes pretty uncomfortable.
The bouts weren't very close. The Throttle Rockets (minus Dirty Little Secret and Pris Toff, who were over to our left taking notes) clobbered Grave Danger (minus Femme Fatale, who was there walking around, but not skating), then DLF (minus D-Bomb, also walking around) crushed the visiting Slaughter County Roller Vixens. The Slaughter County skaters were good, but a little undersized. When Burnett Down hip-checked Skeater Tuscadero, Tuscadero took it in the head. She was tiny!
Both bouts got a little messy (and chippy) toward the end as all the skaters were looking quite fatigued. I was too; I even had to walk around outside for a bit.
After the bout, Rhias and I went over to the boat-launch part of the park and fed some ducks. It was delightful, as are most things that include baby ducks. Then some geese showed up and we got out of there.
